Send us a photo of what arrived to help@beardandbones.com and choose a refund or a replacement. Keep the wrong item; there's no need to send it back.

If a product isn't right for you, tell us what happened. We'll refund it, and you won't need to send an opened product back. Our team reviews repeat claims (a third within 12 months) and claims of £100 or more first.

The UK, the United States, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Oman and Singapore. We don't currently ship to the EU.
