• Delivery Times All delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch, not from when you place your order.
• Undelivered Orders If your parcel comes back to us undelivered, we'll refund the products and any standard delivery you paid, in full. No fees, no deductions.
• Import Taxes & Duties International orders to destinations we currently serve may be subject to import taxes or customs duties. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not controlled by Beard and Bones.
• European Union Orders We don't currently ship to EU addresses, retail or wholesale.
• Restricted Locations We only ship to the countries listed above. If checkout won't accept your address, that's why. Drop us a line if you're unsure.
• Tracking Information You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
